We have a written statement by energy engineer Bob Chew, who attended a meeting at Green Valley, Dec 2009, testifying that Molen was told that the abandoned coal mine cannot produce enough methane gas to generate 0.5 MW of power. Attending the meeting was also a representative of ARE Energy, the company which should have supplied generators for the power production. We have his testification as well. Despite what Molen was told, he issued a press release early 2010, claiming that Vega will produce 5 MW of power from the Green Valley mine, and that generators have been ordered from ARE Energy. This is one solid proof that Molen has been running a pump and dump scheme. Although it is just one piece of the evidences we have gathered, it is perhaps the most carefully prepared one.
