Dipped my toe back into USSIF today for 20K. My cost basis is .4035 sofar. I post that, because, as I've noted here in the past, TD Ameritrade is hands over fist BETTER than Scotrade, IMO. I've had easy trades with TD, even on this pink sheet. I traded with Scotrade for many years. I thought they were good... until I ran into quite a few of the trading problems that have been mentioned here. I finally had it out with my branch manager, and he turned out to be a CATEGORY ONE PRICKK! I felt like I was the enemy, not the customer!!! I felt like the company had the market crooks back, not their customer (ME!). Crazy.
Anyway, I've been with TD for a couple of years now, and I have to say that my trade executions have been GREAT. I know I sound like a shill for TD Ameritrade, but I'm just trying to give you folks a heads up.
As for USSIF, I thought this was the time to start accumulating again (I waited over a month, until the end of the year smoke cleared, etc...). Certainly no great danger at this extremely low pricing level, as far as I can discern.
And did you see the 86K buy right before the close today. Nice.
And also, does ANYONE here have a clue as to who the clown is on the Yahoo board with his many multiple aliases (very clearly seen; almost like he wants it that way, it's so obvious!?!).
Thoughts? His agenda??
