Deception and accounting fraud come to mind. I'd like to see their books and verify. I'm guessing things won't match or exist. Contracts won't be verifiable, they used bogus info and numbers in PRs to unload shares to cover payroll. Boost recycled PRs to pump up pps and build support for their dumps. The AC pump has been marketed as being in the prototype stage while other reports say it is only a design on paper, lol. Marc Jablon is already in court fighting the SEC who busted him and Boost for fraud. Too much bad press here. I'm guessing SUTI is too far damaged and will never recover at this point, and will likely go to the wayside.
I think there are enough suspicious events surrounding Boost and SUTI to warrant an investigation with the SEC. Also having the CEO of Boost in hot water with the SEC at present may get things moving quicker.
