Not even close. The device does not work. Dean Janes can not even PUMP the image acquisition because it will never happen. No images acquired of live patients, no FDA submittal, and no chance of company surviving.

However, there is a 100% chance of tons of lawsuits and Dean Janes going to jail (along with his friends and family) for SEC violations of insider trading.
