i.e. the financials are unaudited(they haven't been independently verified), no follow-up or details on German company's looking at Microfill(who were the company's and what happened with this?), no verification that the "buyout" offer was even real(no details on who the offeror was or any other details), no follow-up on full disclosure even after the "buyout" became history, no numbers on wipes production when this is supposed to be a wipes company(it appears the equipment was mothballed but Black never communicated that), no follow up on plans to buy back stock even after Black said this was a major defense against the shorts and manipulators that he said were holding back the PPS, no updates or verification on the Microfill patents(TOXX did a search on the U.S. government patent database and couldn't find anything submitted for HNSS) after quite some time, Microfill launch delayed and no further updates on that, etc. etc. etc. And the list goes on and on. GLTA
