yes, it became a gamble when rumors become self fulfilling prophesies and all goodwill disappears.

Of course now they have more possibilities in selling those patents. I just hope that those who helped to bring EK in this position will not get them and that their competitors make them bleed with it.

Anyway, chap 11 has proofed to be a good instrument in times (See GM's cinema when they wanted to close European factories).

Wonder where this will end. Another opportunity for European, Chinese, Indian or Brazilian companies to take strategic market components (eg: in Digital Printing) while Kodak is crippled.
