kajari- the more the complaints the SEC receives the more the likelihood they will investigate a company for wrongdoings because the SEC has limited manpower and resources.

if a company like PGI which I can pretty much guarantee has received some complaints filed already with the sec could receive attention from the SEC if complaints continue to stack up.

From what I understand the process sometimes takes 1-3 years before they even do an investigation but the more complaints they receive the more attention a company gets from the SEC.

So it could be helpful to you or anybody else to file a complaint.

From what I gather They look for clear cut cases of wrongdoing so establishing that is helpful in having the SEC evaluate it with more interest.

I hope we see some signs of life out of PGI but what they have done so far really begs for questions to be asked because they really have dont alot to mislead the public and I cant think of too many worse offenders. Hoping things turn around but PGI definitely needs to show more signs of life. they talk a big game and do very very little so I hope they can stop the quiet phase and show some activity with deals,marketing...etc...
