Today could be the day we get the earnings report.

Fact is we don't get anything till SEC investigation complete and hopefully wrongdoers sent to jail. Guessing we'll know when the investigation is complete thru a public announcement. Till then there's huge opportunity to buy cheap shares while they last. Many of us have taken advantage. Some cheap shares still out there. Maybe not many.

Josey's post yesterday is quite relevant as to PRs and the like while an SEC investigation ongoing. Interesting that some would choose to totally ignore such remarks. Here's josey's post from yesterday:

A company can ask for an investigation with the SEC anytime it wants,, It,,, HEALTHNOSTICS AND BLACK BELIEVE THE STOCK IS BEING MANIPULATED..All they would have to do is contact the SEC and follow the protocol that is in place..If the SEC deems an investigation is going to happen,, The SEC has a standard form that is followed and the beginning is a complete AUDIT of the company and books,, Once that clears they move on to the next step,,They do not tell anyone what it is going on as it would be a very counter productive move on their part,, You dont catch thieves by telling them you are coming for them

Remarkable that it can't be any clearer about hold on PRs till SEC investigation complete. Hopefully most will catch on to this simple fact of trading life. If SEC investigating, no PRs till investigation complete.
