The stock market works off of supply and demand. And the bottom line is, IBCS is trading exactly where supply and demand has taken it. I believe you, that when you try and buy, the MM's only sell small blocks before raising the ask. But at the same time, anytime I have sold, they only bought small blocks (5000) and then dropped the bid. For some reason, the MM's have no desire to carry any size inventory of this stock, and at any price it seems. Wouldn't you think they would be buying all they could under a penny, if it was worth it. Undoubtably it is not.
