I would think the wording "PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST OF INFRINGEMENT" in the assignment re: the 923 deals with the territorial rights of Drago...

the satellite patent still shows the last assignment to Kelly Stephens--as did the 923 on the same date...

no expert either--but it do seem inconsistent....
