That would be nice to know and go towards verifying the settlement terms...also need the company to address the fact that nothing has changed in the satellite patent assignment at this point...

I don't see why they would need to file anything concerning the foreign rights since the USPTO has no jurisdiction over the foreign assignments.

The settlement vacates the $117 million, December 8, 2006 judgment in favor of Drago Daic. Under the new, final agreement, all prior agreements are void.

Making those sorts of assumptions re CLYW is, generally, an inordinately bad idea...
