Any time before 3:00 ET is still before noon in California. I'm not holding them to ET, and a PR released at 2:59 ET would still be morning in California with no missed goal/deadline. Companies do not have to run their companies on stock market time.

The stock market operates on ET so it will be in the AM as that is morning. Any later than noon and it is a missed goal/deadline.

All I care about right now is seeing the financials.
