Hi Pop, I was wondering that as well. The maturity date I so short, it actually has me very optimistic in hope that things are happening behind the scenes.
But 14% is ridiculous in this environment when you consider how many places need to chase any yield they could find.

After the PR today, I'm beginning to feel really bad news is coming on the call. When has this company ever issued this amount of PR and 'good news' in such a short time frame...specifically the month of a conference call.

Call me crazy, but I'm never putting trust into the management team to do what's best for the common shareholder.
