I understand, your right for today.. I was just bringing up as i have since JULY, when do we stop justifying the reason ourselves, and demand HOWARD as CEO come forward.
This investor what im saying made a decision based on the direction of the stock. That direction can and must be demonstrated by HOWARD and from a proffessional business model, he is not controlling the situation, for new or old investors if we are truthful about it.
But to many times our agenda or portfolio concers dont allow us to be truthful. IMO that is understandable.

If someone selling 4 million shares of an OS of 1 BILLION causes the PPS to decline 25%, you've got far more trouble than one or two peeps getting out.

With the AS at just over 1 Billion and the OS at almost a Billion, and with several 10s of millions more coming off restriction soon, the possibility of a reverse split is now a probability.
