I wish that you were right. I do not think so. Compare that language "using" to the language in the Q3 which was "licensed". To change from licensed to using I do not believe is coincidental. If you are right then there must be a settlement agreement to license the infringers?

Olie77, I have to think you are taking the right view of the 30% claim. Any other reading would take a lot of convoluted conjecture as to "Why" muddle the claim (Which obviously has resulted from those taking the minimum choice rather than the plain meaning and choice of wording used.)
