This guy is a complete imbecile.

Investors in private placements receive the same information as everyone else-- a FORM S#, or also commonly called a prospectus.

It's no small wonder that someone of "SGE"'s intellect would be a investor in EDIG; while actively promoting the stock.

In fact EDIG shareholders have consistently proven themselves as, collectively, the dumbest group of individuals to ever scrape the OTC-BB dumpsters.
