They didn't go to the trouble of getting listing current for nothing IMO. Big news is coming and some sort of market awareness. The key here is to watch for the volume. When it comes, and it will, then next big pop to 00's will be close. Big volume is 100M shares trading not 20M.
This is accumulation you are seeing. If there was a dump going on the bid would be getting pounded and trip 1's would probably get hit. If a dump WERE coming I expect to see it pop some first.
