I'm still confused....how does having a patient go to an emergency room within 3 days of an accident affect patients who had accidents 4-5-6 months ago? I guess it may cut down on patients who exist at all by axing some of the fraud ones, but SPIN finances mostly spine injections which have zero do to do with what a patient does in the first 72 hours. Nobody gets a spine injection that soon -- it's a last resort.

Of course we're talking theory....SPIN's bottleneck is the amount of money got -- not the ocean wide opportunity hiking its mini skirt right in front of it which they havent even come remotely close to saturating.
