O/S doesn't really matter much in the pinks. There was a stock a few years ago that went from .006 to .22+. The owner is currently in court and could serve many years. Spongetech was the name. I'm just saying that even scam stocks can skyrocket, why can't a legit company have a nice run up in the start? It might shoot up, but it'll eventually come back down and settle where it should be pps wise.

I'm wanting at least .005, but if I don't get that, I'll still be happy.
