I missed that too Clay.
I have not seen anything about the exceo giving up his controlling interest.(shares) The only thing I have seen was getting out of the day to day operations.(not that they operate day to day)

I did see that today was a great day for the stock.......more shares traded at .0001( 2mil) than .0002(400k)
