i guess the unidentified Whale does make the short less certain, i was thinking short will a call hedge this weekend, just never looked at it early enough today

I shorted Idix as well. Unfortunately my avg is $13.20. Will be looking for the exit tomorrow hopefully. I don't think anyone is aching to buy them, but there is a chance we could wake up to a $ 20+ deal someday.

I think ACHN is the better short considering a number of insiders just dumped a bunch of shares the last few days. That tells me that there's no significant talks going on at ACHN as the CEO wouldn't have been able to buy or sell.

I am worried by the proxy statement that shows there was another serious bidder for INHX (and four other interested companies).
