If the time ever comes.. I prefer FASC do something like this to raise money/increase shares (nothing less):
FASC announced today a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at $0.15 per unit, each unit being comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of two years after closing of the private placement. It is anticipated that insiders and current stockholders of the Company will participate in the private placement.
