This is not BS news, TSPG has tied a partnership with SBB for its Brazilian expansion who will provide a site and necessary aids to help those efforts materialize. Although all we can do is speculate on the worth of the project this news does have some substance to it. TSPG is expanding into Brazil! Can't get any cheaper than that! Get in at a ground entry level!
