The comment from Chris Ng about processing 10,000 plants every 3 days was in reference to a typical Verticrop operation. That includes the Verticrop system itself and a 2000 sqft space to germinate the seeds, harvest the crop and package the produce. He was suggesting that a staff of 3 people is sufficient to operate one Verticrop unit and can process about 10,000 plants every 3 days. That would likely be a combination of germinating some seeds, harvesting some plants and packaging up some of that produce.
The context of this comment was comparing the output of Valcents 6000sq ft space with 3 staff member to that of a 16 acre farm.
