Google traded in the pennies for years, my friends working there had millions of shares as part of compensation.

Seeker, the $100,000 dollar level is what I have had in mind for insider buys.

It could be all from Seymour but the others putting in small buys would be a nice touch.

I think your comments have been largely on the right track.

FWIW my calculation on the last conversion price for SS88 was below 50 cents and including interest payments they would have gotten in excess of 800,000 shares for that conversion.
