...and IMO holding paper shares of a penny stock (ANY penny stock (notice the stress on "any"))is a pretty dangerous proposition. This is a dangerous market and the key to not having your ass handed to you, on a sharpened stick, is liquidity. You NEVER know what is over the horizon.
Paper shares practically eliminate liquidity and leave you at the mercy of every other asshat out there who wants to drop and run on a dime. Besides that, it's very unlikely to get enough people to do that to make a difference. The manipulators are always one step ahead; never give them an extra step.
