Healthnostics, Inc. is a Pink Sheet "Limited Information" company. OTC created the designation. OTC created the designation to inform the general public that for such companies "limited information" is available. Investors either accept such conditions going forward or they don't buy the stock.

What HNSS has or has not followed up on over any span of time is their option to disclose or not disclose. Just because they have not made certain updates available to the general public is no proof whatsoever that they haven't followed thru.

Interesting to note even as Pink Sheet Limited Information their stock price has risen 250% since the beginning of the year. Apparently, someone or some group is comfortable with the "Limited Information" designation.
