And I'm only going to explain this one more time. And I'll use small words this time.

It has nothing to do with being identified as a real person.

If a person isn't posting, there is no need to review their account to see if their posting limit should be raised from 3 to 18 daily. If they've posted zero times, the posting limit is moot.

Much like if you whined that you didn't have a CDL if you ride a bus to work every day.
