We've Drawn The Line: Let's Watch The Show!

Good to see we have an army of negative trending players! The show is starting this quarter... or as I have said in the past.... I will run like a dog with my tail between my leg on March 31st....

TAG Minerals Zimbabwe (Private) LImited: There are no Zimbabwe public companies as there is no stock exchange so they are all "private" and thus are not required to publicly report revenue or changes in material events. TAG (Z) meets the Zimbabwe Indigenous law with 51% native ownership and 49% non-native ownership.

TAG Minerals Inc: Owns 49% of TAG Minerals Zimbabwe (Private) Limited and is considered an associate. While the terms affiliate/associate are often used interchangeably to describe a company whose parent only possesses a minority stake in the ownership of the company, this is a misconception as the purposes for filing consolidated tax returns, IRS regulations state that a parent company must possess at least 80% of a company's voting stock in order to be considered affiliated.

LLSR owns 100% of Lantis Laser, Inc. and TAG Minerals Inc...these are "wholly owned subsidiaries" and the relationship is an affiliate.

LLSR owns 80% of the company formerly known as RPTN....... this is a "subsidiary" and the relationship is considered an affiliate.

TAG Minerals Inc owns 49% of TAG Minerals Zimbabwe (Private) Limited... the relationship is considered an associate.

For those who have no experience in Zimbabwe and/or have invested little time in researching the actual business conditions in Zimbabwe, it is easy to hide behind the evil dictator Mugabe, the Blood Diamonds or just assume the door is wide open for all sorts of evil handed abuse and should immediately take this up with the US Embassy in Zimbabwe.... as they are actively stating that "Zimbabwe is open for USA business".... and the diamond ban has already been lifted..... would you say these may be considered favorable conditions for "early adopters"?

Enjoy: http://www.thezimbabwean.co.uk/news/zimbabwe/51355/us-africa-business-summit.html .....as I guess that Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and General Electric are all wrong too!

There are reasons they call me the,
