That is interesting that Casinos cannot advertise in the D.R. So I think that would counter the argument that the news article is a paid advertisement. No more CGAQ rumors!

There are different ways to circumvent the laws.
Paid news releases is one, such as the one we
are now talking about that appeared on the 9th
day of January, 2012 in the Engish only online
news of the Dominican Today.

One only has to go to Sosuanews.com and see in
their archives how the Grand openings and the
boxing events are given a large news spread.
