Class action suit? I've lost money in this myself. I would never join in a class action suit. And if you read this website it sounds like there isn't much to the suit anyhow!!
Shstandwich, why don't you email WRIT and ask them about Metallic? If they had done something wrong don't you think Metallic would have sued WRIT?
