Reason, why SUGO is going to 0.013c >

It now looks like a really big rally is incubating in gold and silver,

and thus it is a good time to accumulate ahead of the breakout,

and there is a chance that we will be presented with the ideal buying opportunity,

if we see a minor reaction over the next week or two, as looks likely.

The risk/reward ratio is good, and will improve to excellent if we see such a minor reaction.

Stocks anticipate, 6-9 months in advance >

> $Gold stocks, can anticipate the movement in GOLD, 6-9 months in advance >

> This is why, you will notice, that the price movement of some Gold stocks, may not mirror the movement of the commodity, Gold.

> We could make the case,

that SUGO traders, anticipated the rise in Gold,

in the first 9-months of 2011,

and Bid up the price of the stock in the first quarter of the year.

Thus, the move of the stock,

from a low of 0.015c in Dec. 2010,

to the pivot high of 0.19c in Feb. 2011.

SUGO is now moving in advance of Gold.
SUGO's stock price, has formed the first of 5-Waves, in forecasting this Upcoming rally in Gold.

Gold, has formed its first impulse move, and will now have its corrective wave down, to form Wave-2, as SUGO did already, on Friday, January 13th.

SUGO Double-Bottom explained >

Wave 1
The stock makes its initial move upwards.
This is usually caused by a relatively small number of people that all of the sudden (for a variety of reasons, real or imagined) feel that the price of the stock is cheap so it's a perfect time to buy.
This causes the price to rise.

Wave 2
At this point, enough people who were in the original wave consider the stock overvalued and take profits.
This causes the stock to go down.
However, the stock will not make it to its previous lows before the stock is considered a bargain again.
Happens when the market rapidly rolls back from the recent, hard-won profitable positions.
It can roll back to almost 100% of Wave 1, but not below its starting level.
