There is not sufficient information on any side to conclusively end debate about this company. It is obvious. There are numerous unknowns. The company is operating less than transparent. Un-accountable for the last year at this point. They may be doing exactly as expected, you have to take their unofficial word for it at this point. They will have to over-come their track record for some to be satisfied.
