I will be my ex-boy friends office first thing tuesday morning. Oh by the way he is an attorney and loves to write letters and e-mails and get involved with BS against start up companies.

He is very good and eats this sh## up.

St.Clair and Frohman will not put up with this and neither will I.


Remember how fast they had a ceast and desist letter out last time some one tried to slander them.

I sure hope St. Clair sees this. I've seen companies suing investors for damaging and defacing the reputation of the company due to false claims that ward off potential investors.

Yep based on the DD I found and was provided by passive board members these are my opinions. Please do not make personal investment decisions based on others opinions.

I also pasted links to the claims. Unfortunately I cannot/won't copy documents to the board. I'm not nor anyone else going to stick their neck out and do so.

I look forward to what the company has to say about everything.
