Somewhat disturbing is that the latest public record I found on that property, 41 Howe Ln, is a "Notice of Lis Pendens" tiled against Pietrangelo, in other words a notice of pending foreclosure! Hopefully that's been taken care of, but there's no record of satisfaction.

Part of Pietrangelo's compensation package is a new car and insurance paid for by the company. I guess it's a long commute from his bedroom to the basement.

With his $180k salary, car, insurance and other benefits and perks, I'd estimate his total compensation to be over a quarter million a year. Guess we know where the real gold mine is.

Managing Your Own Upstart Company: Keeping Cost Low

The key to any upstart company is weathering the ramp up until you are cash flow positive. LLSR is clearly aligned with business opportunities in Zimbabwe..... where all the infrastructure is placed and the mining and mineral operations are conducted..... look to Zimbabwe for corporate offices and related assets.... not in the USA.

What type of office do you prefer an upstart company to fund?.... a penthouse suite?..... a commercial zoned storefront?....an office on some floor of a bank?..... perhaps your own home office to save costs? There is no infrastructure needed on the USA side of the operation. LLSR is 8 months removed from pending bankruptcy..... cost are paramount.... what would you do?..... I'll tell you..... 80-90% of upstart companies with little to no infrastructure requirements work out of their home office. LLSR is a resource development company.... they acquire mineral & mining assets currently in Zimbabwe and manage the business in country....

All you have done is tell us where the Pietrangelo's live.... another non-event...... upstart companies often start out of their home office.... remember where Microsoft first started? Not trying to compare LLSR to Microsoft.... but posting that LLSR is operating out of their home office is no different than Microsoft working out of their home basement when they were an upstart company.

You have many reasons not to invest in LLSR....why spend time here?

There are reasons they call me the,
