BPAX..$.65 They hope to get Bio-T-Gel approved but their latest 10Q speaks to potential issues with their lawsuit from Abbott. Libigel is dead & people are playing this PDUFA. This is all they have as far as royalties & any revenue so this needs approval needs to work out for them. It is a very risky hold thru approval IMO whether it gets approval or not. It was already delayed for 3 months on Nov 14th, 2011.
