This would not be an issue if Bob issued regular PR's like he had been and got fins done. Keep the shareholders informed and this all stops. Don't cry about shareholders trying to find any scraps of in formation from anywhere when you are telling them NOTHING!! Sorry, but Bob's attitude on this has me thoroughly pi@@ed off. It's a crybaby attitude, and a set of problems he COMPLETELY brought on himself.
Get the fins done as promised and everthing gets better. Stop forcing your shareholders to make thes inquires.
