they dont....institutional investors employ people to investigate a company that might hold some interest to them...they employ people whose job it is to find companies that may interest them...those people will find out what kblb is, what they do and who they are associated with and absolutely anything else they can...when the institutional investor becomes aware of the incestuous relationships with the various bottom feeders, i doubt they will view that as a good sign...
its not like kblb is in any real danger of attracting institutional investors anyway, but they they are always on the lookout for potential and put them on their radar if nothing else....but not companies run like kblb with the associations it has....kblb will have to be extremely compelling to warrant iv involvement...
