Shareholders Discerned "Kiss of Death" Pronouncement WARNING IGNORED

It was after this that I was called by Dennis Donchez who informed me all Placement efforts were grounded after I left and that he had not been paid for weeks! He was shocked that after we made placement in 2 US Foodservice locations, Red Robins that purchase orders came in and than liquidating 100+ Pallets to WHAM Wholesale and Jessica still had not paid Dennis Donchez! When I asked about the Distribution at C & S Grocery we got as a result of a Major Grocery Chain buyer referral he advised that Grocery Chain deal was negotiated but "Jessica would not pay the slotting fees to the Major Grocery Chain to make the Placement!" He said that after the WHAM blowout of 100+ pallets of Tea and Jessica still having not paid him it was the final blow and he resigned!
This was devastating for me to hear also and we have talked a great deal since. I waited a long time for this Major Grocery Chain Press Release and was silent because of this not wanting to hurt HFBG or Shareholders. I learned that all the placement and Distribution that Dennis and me achieved was all in Jeopardy! Than Jessica started spinning more Lies Smearing him and Defaming Dennis Donchez as she did me leaking information to public and than on our Web Site IR Portal about Dennis Donchez that he was not honest or performing! She announced she hired 2 new Salesman that would continue negotiations with Super Market Chain and make placement! Spun 30 years experience! This is hard to even talk about what they have done and I cannot believe their are still people that cannot se what has happened!
