JBI calls the fuel #6, if you feel they are lying report them. Bottom line is that Indigo tested the fuel and they are going to sell it as #6 diesel, if it's good enough for them than it's good enough for investors. If by any chance it does not meet ASTM standards, there is a good chance that Indigo will catch it as they have 400 barrels of #6 diesel to test. I can't think of any kind of reasonable scenario where JBI sends them fuel that isn't to specifications.
