Thats lot of shares.. 248 Million.. then key date is actually Feb 7th from financing point of view.. I have seen companies where science is great.. but couldn't commercilize the product.. and bad financing decisions.. took them to brink.. Interesting to see what happens here.. altough I am believer in ACTC.. I can't ignore the facts...
