It is clear that you do not understand what they have. I may not know everything, but they may have a great technology. I can see how they are creating the "magic" and it is not "magic". It is science and psychics. It involves the magic of chemistry and electromagnetism. This is a very involved set of scientific principles, so most people do not comprehend what they are doing. They have to do some things to convince the marketplace, but that is in the offing. It will take time, but if it is accomplished than it will be a game changer. I for one think it is possible. You are entitled to your beliefs.

Not necessarily true. Depends on what "interact" means. They can mess with the molecules, for example create ions in the water. Also, They can remove certain impurities. They may even be able to bond the molecules of impurities or from the air with the water in special ways to create new molecules, such as ammonia for example. Ammonia is often used as a fertilizer. Unless you have debunked their technology using scientific method, you can't reasonably make such statements.
