It is a done, complete merger. They got almost 11 million dollars, payed off the old debts, got rid of the old stock issues (anti dilution warrant rights and junk they had, or so I was told), and added a blood cancer oncology drug to the pipeline, and are now run by this Guy Weiss...who has a history and other biotech irons in the fire it seems.
Bad news is we got massive dilution in the process. They now have no debt, apx 11 million in cash (less fund raising fees?), 4 drugs in the pipeline, and about 277 million shares (ouch).
7.5 million is only $300,000. The two SEC posts are very odd looking on the share counts. Seems like Opus bought over 50% of it, and Weiss seems to control Opus?
KERX has an Ihub chat board I am checking out for this guys history. But I fear a RS is possible, but who knows, they might tray and do nice P&D first, and I am already down about 90% here because of the last 6 month sell off. Also not sure how fast they will plunder $11 million with 4 drug trials, but a sudden JV deal with a bigger biotech would spike the share price nicely.
