If they had remained on the Nasdaq that would have never flown. I am certain this is the reason they delisted. Lets see what was the reason? They could not find a third board member? Nasdaq requirement.. ya right! ON an OTC stock it is still like the wild west! Not nearly the regulations.
This was done in order to relieve the debt to BD.. a win win for BD and ATRN.

Yes, their have been several who have talked to them, as well as checked on the outstanding shares daily. The business is moving ahead, cutting fat and focusing on their core business.

Turkish good questions...your questions are mine to and many others. But like you so well stated, I am mainly in from reading the Q reports too, as you so well put it:

"Disclosure: I am long ATRN based on all the DD I was able to accomplish thus far...mainly based on the quarterly income of the company and it's efforts to lower their debt while getting rid of unprofitable sectors within its business."

It is no different than short against the box and while it might have raised some flags being on the naz or big boards, it is unlikely to have drawn attention after being de-listed. But let's keep it a secret...lol.
