that is correct. Surprised we havent seen an 8k yet? Dont they have four days to file it after a transaction such as selling a building and non core assets?

So who's to say they wont default on the next or other payments? Couldn't we end up with more share conversions or are we banking on 100 million MAX. and paying off in cash? Some have mentioned them being paid off already?
