They haven't applied yet. Their board agreed to apply then and begin financial auditing etc. back in April. They are due to apply some time soon.

I don't think it would be that soon. They have not submitted audited financils the the SEC yet, or they would appear on the EDGAR database. The process will not really start until they have done that.

On a different note, I may have posted a link to the wrong C2 on my post about the Jan 4 PR, but that was the only C2 inc listed in North Carolina which the press release states.

There is a different C2 whaich appears to have similar technologies, here are their patents

They also have 2 patents pending that appear to be almost the same as the three linked approved patents. However, they are called C2 Global Technologies.

Also there was recent filing to the Florida SOS for a C2 Global Technologies, but since their first form showed C2 Voip Global or some such, before being corrected, it might be a different one as well.

BBI in NC does not appear on any current or pending patents as the assignee. Although it can always be in an individuals name, it is usually in the best interests of the company tho have it in their own name.
