I have read all of the links that you provided and find nothing more than reproductions of John Bourque or Bourque industries announcements. Am I missing something? Where is any reference to an independent source? Anyone who believes information that comes solely from Bourque staff is being misled.
The only confirmation that I have ever seen that comes from a second party (excluding members of this board) was from Cmdr. Lewis. Even though I respect his expertise I must question his motives. Being a board member and stock holder puts his comments into question, IMO.
This is why it is so important to receive NIJ certification. It will be the first confirmation of Kryrons abilities. It will not make the fat boy sellable but will confirm that the product has merit to be viable in the armor market. That was the promise that most of us bought into last year.

I had time so I did a deep search going a few pages deep on results for Bourque Industries /tests. It's on the "Military Officers Assoc." site - very influential association. It's the kind of a morale booster I needed, you know?
