Wait a minute. I thought the issues were the proxy vote, the committees, Dave's fiduciary duties. Now it appears Ed fiduciary duties will get entangled in it too.
All I see from reading is someone begging to get the financials and the other refusing to hand it over. Don't answer by saying Dave was trying to prevent a fraud from taking place because that is not true and the the judge will not see it that way either. He will see it as a complete violation of his fiduciary duties.
There is no second chance in the chancery courts. You break one rule and you are gone.
By the way, where are those felonies on Turrini you guys been saying. Why haven't Dave brought that up here. This is the perfect venue for it.
