#9752 RE: Flatcat #9724

For sure Bourque Industries has a lot of activity going on in the backgroud, and most likely any negotiations with a possible external company to obtain a license to create or manufacture Kryron related material or products has both sides wanting to get the best deal possible to maximize profits.

Knowing the economic state of the United States places our company in the drivers seat based on high unemployment of skilled factory workers, coupled with their prior working locations being shut down or idle.

That means we can have more than single sources of opportunities to choose from, and as we all already know what I just typed in fully well, we don't expect Bourque Industries to make public its "playing hand of cards" and lose that driver seat position.

Fine, but John Bourque can inform the shareholders of an outline of events that have taken place, taking place, and even to take place without disclosing any specifics.

The time and effort to keep shareholders knowledgeable can have an insignificance drain on the ability of this company to accomplish its tasks.

Yet he has decided not to, and if it turns out later that he kept information from shareholders so that he could proceed in a manner to defraud Bourque Industries, then that will eventually be identified later and addressed in a lawsuit.
