Well all I can say is that it is a simple yes or no answer to my question. I believe that if these "complaints" are going to be discussed on the board several times, and if "transparency" is so important, then it would be something shareholders would like to be updated on.

Based on the lack of information, I would have to believe that they do not exist or are of no importance to the SEC.

The SEC never comments on the status of an investigation. One cannot infer anything from silence on the part of the agency.
